Celebrating 128 years of the Glasgow Subway
The Glasgow Subway is the 3rd oldest underground railway in the world which now has futuristic trains travelling along the tracks. Yesterday was it's 128 anniversary so I thought I'd share some photos.

Finally! The Baltic States' #railway operators coordinate their timetables starting January for the route #Tallinn–#Tartu–#Riga–#Vilnius! The interchanges remain in Valga and Riga, but should then be sensible. On the largest scale this makes the train (+ferry) route even between #Finland and #Poland better.

Since #Hollo no more depends on #Meilisearch, you can run your Hollo server in more cost-efficient way by getting rid of the Meilisearch service!
If you deployed your Hollo server using #Railway, here's instructions to remove it:
- Sign in to your Railway dashboard.
- In the Hollo service → Variables, remove
MEILI_URLandMEILI_MASTER_KEYenvironment variables. - Redeploy the Hollo service (see also the attached screenshot).
- Delete the service by pressing the red button in the Meilisearch service → Settings → Delete Service.
That's all!

Please welcome the new #publicTransport system.
This obviously is not a train and misses the extreme savings from steel #railway #train technics. But it's a giant step forward in the thinking about how to handle and speed up city traffic by public mass transport.
The top 1/4 of most intelligent chinese are more than the entire population of the US.
In the end maybe they might save us all ..
