@Profpatsch To be honest, I haven't decided yet, but I'm leaning toward Bitwarden. I'm still thinking it over a bit after reading this post, though.

A review of my experience with Bitwarden after several years of self-hosting it, and why I decided to move away from the password manager.
@hongminhee yeah, it’s a sad situation. But syncing passwords is also a fairly hard problem, especially in the age of LLM-generated remote exploits.
It’s a kinda crazy situation rn, I often tell an LLM to look up passwords in `pass(1)` which sits unlocked on my system, which is super convenient but obviously horrifying to think about the consequences lol.
I think I should migrate to keepassx instead and then have some sort of policy setup or separate databases for different escalation levels.
