I'm a socialist and I genuinely love Coca-Cola. I haven't made peace with that. I feel guilty every time I drink it, and then I drink it anyway.

@洪 民憙 (Hong Minhee) :nonbinary: the ecological footprint (making the ordinary people / consumers feel guilty) you mentioned in your other post (about using cars or public transport) was invented by Coca Cola, when they didn‘t want to take responsibility for the littering caused by empty bottles. Instead of building up and taking care of a bottle collecting and reusing system starting in the shops where their product is sold, they ran an add campaign, imposing guilt onto society, in the hope that society would take care, that their company will not be mentioned anymore when talking about this environmental issue. Their marketing strategy has been imitated since, by many capitalist companies.
