@hongminhee @evan @reiver simply define a Bookmark object and Create/Update/Delete them as done with any other activity? You could even have multiple collections, private and public, and manage them better than you could now.

Maybe there could be a new custom Object Type or Link type that represents a "bookmark"?

It could be POSTed into a user's "outbox".
